Firefly Power Yoga offers a variety of hot yoga styles and lineages as well as other movement based practices. Our classes are for all levels and we encourage beginners to try a variety of classes to see what fits them specifically. Heated classes can keep the room at temperatures between 90-100+ degrees depending on the specific style of class. In addition we specifically offer yin, slow flow and restorative yoga to complement our heated offerings.

The Hot 26 is a sequence of 26 postures with variation. Works on the principles of maximum compression, extension, and relaxation in every pose to create flexibility. Strength and balance within the body. Improves circulation and reduce stress. You will learn to focus your mind and maintain your breath, leading you to work harder, deeper, yet calmer.

Heated class- with low-impact, high-intensity class different from sculpt, the foundation of this class is in Pilates principles of alignment. The focus of this class is core, pelvic floor and glutes.
Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues - ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body and meridians. This is in contrast to a Yang yoga practice such as Vinyasa yoga which targets the muscles.

Restorative Yoga is the practice of asanas, each held for longer than in conventional yoga. Poses are done with the support of props such as folded blankets, bolsters & straps, to relax the body and reduce stress.
